Dear Nancy,

In the Fall of 2000 the Soder Family was relocated to Atlanta, Georgia by way of a job move. As you know from experience, this can be a very emotional and stressful time for any family having to find a new home in a strange city while also leaving good friends in the rear view mirror. At the time we also had a 3-year old son (Zachary) so that added more stress to the picture.
While Cindy took on a majority of the moving responsibilities and Scott focused on his new opportunity we found comfort in being connected with you to help us find our new home. You took the time to listen to our needs and requirements while also making sure we were educated about schools, shopping, government etc. Cindy knew we wanted to be in a good school district so the search started there based on research and your recommendations of where we should look.
I think it is fair to say that you showed Cindy (and Zachary sitting in the car seat in the back of your car) no less than 40 homes! If that is not patience then we don't know what the definitions is!
After an "exhaustive" search and hundreds of miles of traveling from home to home we ended up purchasing a home in Alpharetta, just off of Old Alabama and Nesbit Ferry Road. While we are still not certain how you kept us as prospective clients during that search, you stayed the course until you were confident that we not only ended up in the right community for us but also in the right home for our family.
